I don't know if folks are aware of this resource, but Wild Ginger Patterns offers free customizable sewing patterns for medical clothing. The link is here: http://www.wildginger.com/downloads/demodownloads.htm Scroll down to "Free iCare Medical Patterns," about halfway down the page. There are patterns for nightshirts/gowns, shrugs, wrap pants, bibs, diapers, etc. The sewing skills needed are VERY basic and the fit is quite relaxed.
