caring for alcoholic spouce with cirosis

I have bee Married for 20 year to a man who has been fighting alcoholism. Over the years I have seen fall and break his back ribs and almost bleed to death. No to mention the multiple seizures. It's been a long time since I can go to bed and sleep undesturbed. I know he does not mean to cause me such worry and frustration. If any one else is dealing with this we all need help.
