Getting ready to move to Arizona from Wisconsin to care for both of my elderly parents

I will be moving to Arizona in June 2015 to care for my parents who are in their 90's. I also have a daughter (15) who has Down syndrome and will be moving with me. I will be the primary caregiver for all three of my family members. I am wondering if anyone has suggestions for any resources available that will help me to financially make ends meet. My parents do not qualify for Medicare. I realize I will need to get a paying job, but I do not know where to even begin a job search that will allow me to provide the necessary care they will need.
