New Caregiver to 80 yr old grandma:-)

Hello. I am a 38 yr old mother of two teens. I am married with a wonderful husband for 19 yrs. We recently took in my grandma. She is 80. She is trying to sell her home and it's not selling yet. It's been a few months and she's stressed about it. I can also sense some depression about it as well. We gave her our bedroom and our home is all on one floor. Everything is handicapped accessible and we are taking every measure possible for her to be comfortable and happy. She did injure herself a long time ago and she has improved since being with me. I love her to death and I want to somehow get through to her that while things are a lil rough right now things will get easier. She does love living with me just she can't contribute to the house yet because of all her bills. It leaves her with very very little. I don't know how she got by before me. Her children are not capable of taking care of her nor stepped up to the plate to help in her care or housing her. I am her poa and we are in the process of a will. I constantly remind her it will be ok. She doesn't know that me and my husband have paid 3 of her bills regularly. What else can I do to ease her mind?
