I am seeking legal & financial resources. I plan to separate from my spouse due to emotional abuse from her due to deteriorating mental/physical health. She is completely cohererant, but suffering from longstanding type 1 diabetes, constant a-fib, insomnia, physical pain, extreme emotional swings, etc. Much of this could have (& now) been handled by medical professionals; but her doctors have been negligent due to "fat shaming". I need to know how to pursue a Class Action Suit for medical neglect before & during COVID. The pandemic pretty much did me in, as I have contemplated commiting myself. Does anyone have any suggestions?
