Leave of Absence Research

Hi everyone,

I hope you are well. I am a researcher at the University of Colorado Boulder studying Organizational Behavior, working to understand the experiences of employees who have unexpectedly taken a leave of absence from work for family or medical reasons (e.g. illness, rehabilitation, caring for a family member). My hope is to develop research-backed strategies for helping organizations create more family-friendly cultures and policies.

If you are 18+ and were employed full-time at an organization when you needed to take a leave of absence to care for a loved one (or yourself), I'd love to hear your story!

If you might be willing to participate, email me liza.barnes@colorado.edu or reply to this thread and I'll share some more info.

Thanks so much!

Numerous essay writing

Numerous essay writing websites like https://www.lxws.net/ and individual service providers abound, offering students various essay, homework, and report writing services. Although these service providers claim to offer "assistance," in many cases, they directly write essays or are involved in serious plagiarism. This behavior not only damages students' academic growth but also seriously undermines the foundation of academic integrity.
