i joined 10 mins ago. i understand your struggle. it's hard. you love your mom and want to love and care for her but it can really exhaust you. i sometimes wish i could take the pain and suffering away. i try to schedule 30 - 60 minutes once a week for myself. if you have support perhaps they will be willing to cover you.
