New to this community. My name is Daniel a single father and caregiver to my daughter. My daughter, Bernadette, is an adult child with a neurological impairment disorder. It's been a long tough road as a caregiver with lots of sacrifies that is required when caring for a loved one. My daughter is my treasure and will do anything in the world to make her life happy and fullfilling as much as possible. What gives me the strength to continue this journey is prayer and hope. I'm very lucky in one-way my daughter isn't in need of 24/7 care, and thank God everyday. I still have lots of mixed emotions but try hard to channel all the negative emotions into positive ways of living life.
