Hi, Jilly -

Hi, Jilly -

I am Nichole and work here at Caregiver Action Network. Thanks for sharing here in the Forum. I am sure so many can relate - both to you and your spouse.

I suggest reaching out to the our Help Desk and talk to one of the phenomenal folks there to discuss some various resources and supports that may be a huge help to your spouse. They may also be able to connect you with some resources in your community. You can give them a call at 855-227-3640 or chat with them by clicking on the orange Help Desk icon at the bottom right of your screen. Live assistance is there from 8AM to 7PM Monday through Friday, but you can leave a message if you reach out after hours and get a response within a couple of business days.

Thanks again for sharing and please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

I'm truly sorry to hear about

I'm truly sorry to hear about your spouse's struggles. Encouraging someone battling depression can be challenging, but offering unwavering support is vital. Start by actively listening, expressing empathy, and gently encouraging professional help or therapy. Show interest in their passions and gently reintroduce enjoyable activities together. As for distractions, search how to install Fate/Grand Order for PC online for step-by-step instructions. Additionally, for a relaxing break, consider playing Free Addiction Solitaire online—it's a great way to unwind. Remember, patience and understanding are key, and your support can make a significant difference in their journey toward healing.
