I just joined Caregiver Action Network! I have an 18 year old daughter who has chronic pain from rheumatoid arthritis, among other things. I'm looking for some support and help coping with caregiver stress and burnout. I live in a rural area and feel alone sometimes, and overwhelmed with taking care of my daughter, running a household, and working part time. Any support is appreciated!
