Marvell brings over 20 years of experience serving caregivers and older adults. He has held leadership roles, including CEO of a large life plan community and COO within the Kendal System. Marvell is a skilled dementia care coach and a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in caregiving. He has earned numerous recognitions, including LeadingAge NY Administrator of the Year and Forty Under 40. Marvell also serves on boards like LeadingAge and Pioneer Network. He lives in Baltimore, MD, with his spouse and three children.
Niya McCray-Brown
Niya McCray-BrownMental Health America
Niya McCray-Brown,  serves as the Director of Community Engagement and Partnerships at Mental Health America’s National Office. Mental Health America advances the mental health and well-being of all people living in the U.S. through public education, research, advocacy and policy, and direct service. Niya leads the development of MHA’s outreach initiatives and partnership opportunities to promote mental wellness for all across the nation.  Niya is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Virginia and previously worked as a director of a community mental health nonprofit to support other clinicians in serving those with mental health conditions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Hampton University and a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling from The College of William and Mary. Niya’s passion for mental wellness initiatives is driven by her experiences in the mental health field and her understanding of how our collective mental health impacts our society.
Nichole Goble
Nichole GobleDirector of Community Initiatives, Caregiver Action Network
Nichole has been a dedicated Caregiver Action Network (CAN) member since 2017, bringing a wealth of personal and professional experience to her role. She is currently a long-distance caregiver for her mother, who is battling COPD and lung cancer, and she previously cared for her grandfather during his fight with bone cancer.
