Caring for aging parents while raising children of your own can leave you stretched thin, overwhelmed, and wondering how to manage it all. This unique role—often called being a “sandwich caregiver”—comes with extra challenges, from juggling schedules to balancing emotional and financial responsibilities.

In this Plug-in to Care session, we’ll explore the realities of intergenerational caregiving and share practical strategies for finding balance, support, and resilience.

What You’ll Walk Away With

In this free training, you’ll discover:

  • Practical strategies for juggling competing demands
  • Tools to manage stress and strengthen family communication
  • Ways to care for yourself while caring for everyone else
  • Insight from Generations United and the American Association of Caregiving Youth

Join us to recognize the strength it takes to care across generations—and to discover resources and community connections that can make your caregiving journey a little easier.
