Balancing Work and Caregiving? You’re Not Alone.

Caregivers shouldn't have to choose between their jobs and the people they love

Family caregivers make up a significant portion of today’s workforce, balancing careers with the daily responsibilities of caring for a loved one. Yet too often, workplaces aren’t designed with caregivers in mind.

In this National Family Caregivers Month webinar, we’ll shine a light on the importance of caregiver-friendly workplaces that understand and support the challenges employees face. Learn why supportive policies, open communication, and flexibility matter—not only for caregivers’ well-being, but also for organizational success.

What You’ll Walk Away With

In this free training, you’ll discover:

  • Examples of caregiver-inclusive workplace policies and benefits
  • How Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) can help you find community at work
  • Tips for talking with your employer about caregiving needs
  • Resources to balance your career and caregiving role with confidence

Join us for a conversation that celebrates the resilience of working caregivers while exploring practical ways employers and coworkers can help caregivers thrive—without having to choose between their jobs and the people they love.
