Anyone out there have a favorite FTP client for Mac? I'm a web developer and I'm tired of the clunky built-in file transfer on my Mac. I need something secure and reliable for uploading and downloading files to and from servers. Bonus points if it integrates with cloud storage because juggling all that separately is a nightmare. I saw some recommendations for FileZilla, but is there anything a little more feature-rich?
FileZilla is a classic, but of course, there are more powerful options out there! Especially if you need integration with cloud storage. I've been using this ftp app mac for some time now, and it has proven to be fantastic! But this program is especially handy for working with servers. Plus, you can set up SSH keys for even faster and more secure connections. As I said, it's a full-fledged file manager, so you can organize all your local files and folders on top of server files.
Interesting! I've been using the basic file transfer for ages, but the code editing feature on Commander One sounds really handy. Especially for those on-the-fly website changes. I might have to check it out.
