I am a family caregiver and a nurse researcher and invite you to take part in a study described below. We are interested in learning more about caregiver experiences of persons who resided or reside in long-term care facilities.
As a family caregiver of a person who has resided in (and/or is still residing in) a long term care facility (nursing home, rest home or assisted living) during the past 4-months, we invite you to participate in a research study. Nurse researchers at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst are interested in approaches to care that support family caregivers during the Coronavirus (Covid-19) Pandemic. We are conducting a survey on your experience. In this research study you will be asked to complete an online survey and answer questions related to your experience as a family caregiver of a person who resided in or currently resides in a long term care facility over the past 4 months. The online survey should take as little as 10-minutes and no more than 20-minutes to complete. Your participation may influence new approaches that support family and caregiver relationships.
