Intro and question

Hi,

I retired early (at a significant reduction) to move in with my parents and share life with them as they age.  They are 87 and 89.  Both able to do own personal care and are involved outside the home. However, they are becoming more dependent in decision making. I am looking for a local LCSW to work with for my own support.  Getting reestablished here has been stressful and ACA influences my medical care availability.  I've had 5pcp doctors in 2 years drop ACA plans, move to a different kind of medical practice, or retire from practice. That's been very stressful.

How can I find a therapist in a new city?!

Thanks!

Once you've found a few

Once you've found a few potential therapists, don't hesitate to schedule initial consultations to see if they're a good fit for you. It's essential to find someone you feel comfortable with and who has experience or expertise in dealing with the specific challenges you're facing. Good luck with your search, and I hope you find the support you need! driving directions
