Caregiver Action Network Joins Mental Health America’s Conversation on “Parenting Under Pressure: Supporting Caregivers on the Frontlines.”

Caregiver Action Network’s Director of Community Initiatives, Nichole Goble, recently joined Mental Health America’s webinar “Parenting Under Pressure: Supporting Caregivers on the Frontlines.

The session, co-hosted with Arizona State University, created space for caregivers who balance demanding frontline professions—such as healthcare, education, and crisis response—with the responsibilities of caring for their own families. These roles demand showing up daily amid high stress and, at times, frequent crises. Balancing such intense professional responsibilities while caring for one’s own family can take a serious toll on mental well-being. The discussion offered practical tools and compassionate strategies to help caregivers protect their mental well-being—reminding them that they deserve care, too.
