Ryan Hampton | Co-founder, Mobilize Recovery | Keynote Speaker
A prominent advocate, speaker, author, and media commentator, Ryan Hampton travels coast-to-coast to add solutions to our national addiction and drug overdose crisis. In recovery from a decade-long opioid addiction, Hampton is regarded as a forefront expert and thought leader in America’s rising addiction recovery advocacy movement. For nearly a decade, he’s worked with multiple non-profits and addiction recovery organizing campaigns. He’s now a prominent, leading face and voice of recovery advocacy and is working to change the longstanding negative narratives about those impacted by addiction, recovery, and overdose.

Claire Bryant, MPH, CHES | Senior Program Manager of Workplace Wellbeing, National Safety Council | Panelist
Claire is a public health professional working on the NSC’s impairment initiatives. She is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating initiatives, such as addressing workplace substance misuse and fatigue. This entails researching relevant topics and providing analysis for technical reports and initiatives to strategize and build future programs. As a Certified Health Education Specialist, Claire also focuses on creating tools to aid employers in addressing substance misuse and other forms of impairment in the workplace.

Ryan Hundt | Chief Executive Officer, Michigan Works! Association | Panelist
Ryan’s primary focus lies in fostering collaboration across Michigan, effectively coordinating the efforts of Michigan Works! staff, board members, and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives aligned with the workforce development system’s core priorities. At Michigan Works! Ryan coordinates primarily with the state’s business and labor sectors.
Jon O’Brien | Executive Director, Keystone Contractors Association | Panelist
Jon has led KCA since January 2017, strengthening industry-government partnerships and promoting workforce development, safety, and business growth in the construction sector. He is recognized for championing continuing education and running effective association management. Before joining KCA, Jon worked with the Master Builders’ Association of Western Pennsylvania for over a decade.
