Thank you for your interest in the upcoming Roundtable for Loved Ones with Tardive Dyskinesia (TD).

This Roundtable will allow caregivers of loved ones living with TD to share insights and experiences to help expand Caregiver Action Network’s of TD-specific resources. The Roundtable will be held on July 10, 2025, from 2:00PM to 3:00PM Eastern.

Please complete the form below to express your interest in participating. There will be availability for up to 10 caregivers, so it will be on a first come, first served basis. However, we host these Roundtables regularly so there will be other similar opportunities in the future. A gift card will be provided to participants as a token of gratitude for their time.
