It’s a privilege to represent TCARE and participate as a founding member on the CAN Caregiver Innovation Council. I recognize that supporting caregivers isn’t just a moral imperative – it’s a societal and economic necessity. Caregivers are the backbone of our communities, yet they often lack the resources and supports they need to thrive. By contributing to this council, I hope to help shape innovative, scalable solutions – whether through workplace policies, technology, or advocacy – that ease caregiver’s burdens and brings focus back to their own health and wellbeing. Investing in caregivers strengthens families, workplaces, and our broader economy, and I look forward to collaborating with others who are committed to driving that change.

Joining CAN’s Caregiver Innovation Council is deeply personal for me. As a former service member, care supporter, and now founder, I know how easily vital information falls through the cracks, adding stress for families and risk for loved ones. Being part of the CIC means collaborating with mission‑driven peers to close those gaps at scale. Together, we can lift every caregiver’s daily experience and bring dignity, clarity, and peace of mind to millions of families.

Being part of CAN’s Caregiver Innovation Council is deeply meaningful because it’s an extension of our deep mission in supporting family caregivers. We know caregiving is often invisible, isolating, and emotionally complex. That’s why we’ve dedicated ourselves to creating tools that ease the weight caregivers carry, help them feel seen, and offer real, evidence-based support when they need it most.

To join a council that shares that same commitment—to elevating the caregiver’s experience and building a better future through innovation—is both an honor and a responsibility we take seriously. We’re here to listen, learn, and share what we’ve built with and for caregivers so we can continue to do our part to help improve the caregiver’s journey.

It’s a true honor to be part of CAN’s Caregiver Innovation Council. At Isaac Health, our mission is deeply aligned with the needs of caregivers, and for me, this work is also personal—having been a caregiver for a loved one with dementia, I understand firsthand the challenges and emotional weight that come with it. I’m grateful for the opportunity to help drive meaningful solutions that support caregivers nationwide.
