RubyWell is a technology company that helps patients, caregivers, and care teams work together to safely manage health at home. When a physician orders home health, we assist family caregivers in becoming certified home health aides, allowing them to provide Medicare-covered care for their loved ones as a paid employee of one of our partner home health agencies.
This model helps patients receive quality care from a trusted caregiver, helps ease the financial strain on family caregivers, reduces hospital readmissions, and lowers the total cost of care by keeping patients safely at home. It also addresses the Care Crisis by growing the healthcare workforce and enabling home health agencies to serve more of our country’s growing population of older adults.
