Julia Schreiber leads statewide efforts to help older adults and people with disabilities confidently navigate Medicare, avoid fraud, and make informed decisions about their health insurance. She oversees subgrants and technical assistance to nineteen local Area Agencies on Aging, ensuring consistent, high-quality Medicare counseling and education across the state. This work builds on nearly 15 years of public sector experience advancing health equity and systems change across the aging and mental health care fields.
Anita Randolph | Assistant Program Manager at Howard County Government's Department of Community Resources & Services
Anita Randolph is an Assistant Program Manager at Howard County Government's Department of Community Resources & Services in Columbia, Md, where she administers two federally funded programs: the State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) and the Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP). With 13 years of managed care experience across major health plans including, UnitedHealth Group, CareFirst, and Johns Hopkins Health Plans. Anita brings deep expertise in Medicare Parts A, B, D, Medicare Advantage, Appeals, fraud, waste, and abuse prevention.
