60% of family caregivers are employed, making caregiving a workplace issue that affects employees and employers alike. Yet many managers still lack the tools to recognize caregiving strain and respond in ways that support both employee well-being and team performance.

This Benchmarks of Care training is designed for supervisors, managers, and workplace leaders who want to better understand the realities caregiving employees face. Participants will gain practical strategies for fostering flexibility, empathy, retention, and a more supportive workplace culture.
